| Fernbaugh's Jewelers was started in 1933 by Earl and Geraldine Fernbaugh. The small jewelry repair shop grew into a jewelry store with a repair shop in house. Fernbaugh's moved to its current 416 E. Broadway location, in 1947. Since Earl Fernbaugh's passing, the store was operated by Alvin Scheerer, Florence Sutton, and Oris McGuire. Since 1982, the store is owned and operated by the McGuire family, Oris & Sally McGuire. In 2006 the store was sold to Derek McGuire & Lori Van Duyne.A second store in Plymouth Indiana was opened in 2006. |
